You are issued with a Reality card identifying you as a Reality member. This card can be used at Reality retail partner outlets to earn and spend RealityPoints.

You have your own account into which RealityPoints are paid and from which they are deducted when purchases are made.

Your RealityPoints transactions are recorded on your Reality statement, which you can view online at the Member section. We also mail statements on a quarterly basis.

RealityPoints have a value of 10 cents per point. RealityPoints cannot be exchanged for cash, but they can be spent on a wide range of goods and services. RealityPoints can be spent in three ways:

1. Via your Reality card
2. Online purchases made from the Reality catalogue that features a huge range of luxury merchandise and goods
3. Through calling the Reality call centre on 0860 REALITY (0860 732 5489)

The Incenta Rewards logo on the back of your card is a vital aspect of your Reality transactions. Be sure how to show it to the store teller when buying something. Your card will be swiped through the Incenta terminal, earning you RealityPoints. Keep the transaction slip until the points you've earned are reflected in your account.

You can also spend your RealityPoints at retailers displaying the Incenta logo. Your card will be swiped through the Incenta terminal and the points will be deducted from your Reality account.

At some of our partners, you will not earn points but will get discounts on purchases. For example, you can get up to 50% discount on leading lifestyle magazine subscriptions and discounts from Altech Netstar vehicle tracking service (cost from R85 a month), to name a but a few great specials.
