Terms and conditions

• All entrants must be in the possession of a valid passport, should they win.
• Finalists must attend the Sanlam media event in last week of August 2008. Date to be confirmed. Out-of-town finalists, not necessarily attending Sanlam.  SA Fashion Week Summer Collection, will be flown to Johannesburg and given accommodation for the announcement of the winners.
• Winners must be available for any media interviews, pictures and comments for news releases.
• No prize may be exchanged for cash, nor is it transferable.
• Prizes are for winners only and do not include partners. Accompanying partners will be for the winner's own account.
• The judges reserve the right not to award an award in any of the categories should they, to their judgement, believe an award in that specific category is not appropriate.
• The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Waiver and indemnity

Each participant irrevocably and unconditionally:
Undertakes not to institute a claim, and waives all his/her rights in this regard, against  Sanlam, the organisers and the judges as regards him/herself in respect of; and Indemnifies and holds Sanlam, the organisers and judges harmless, as regards any third party, against any loss, damages and costs of any nature whatsoever, suffered or incurred by the participant and/or third party as a result of or related to the taking part in this competition, including accepting or using a prize.
