Entrants (teams) will also prepare a PowerPoint presentation to present to the panel of judges for both the intra (local) and inter varsity (national) adjudication rounds

Teams must have a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of 6.
A weighting will be awarded for the business proposal and a weighting for a presentation of the proposal to the panel
Adjudication panels will be compiled, per university (intra varsity), by the Sanlam and University coordinator, and inter varsity by the Sanlam Group Marketing Department.
The business proposal must be practical (not theoretical) to be implementable. The idea must comprise of an explained concept/idea as well as an implementation plan with a budget. Must also be original – no old proposals will be allowed
Teams must also prepare a 30 minute PowerPoint presentation for the adjudication rounds
All references must be noted using the Harvard Method of referring to sources.
An assignment declaration form must be completed by the team and handed in as part of their business case
Sanlam will not be providing any finance for research interventions or be liable for any costs running up to the final business cases.
