A minimum daily balance of R200 must be retained in the Sanlam Liquid Debit Card account at all times.

The ATM daily cash withdrawal limit is automatically set at R2 000.  You may request an increase in this limit to a maximum of R5 000 per day, by completing the required forms, which can be obtained from the Sanlam Liquid Call Centre.

The Point-of-Sale daily purchase limit is automatically set at R10 000 per day.  You can arrange for the limit to be increased to R500 000 by contacting the Sanlam Liquid call centre at 0860LIQUID / 0860 547 843.

It is advisable to manage your daily limits at the minimum required to ensure that access to your investment funds is restricted in case of an attempted fraud. Only request increases in the daily limits when you plan on making a large purchase or withdrawing a large cash amount. Decrease the limits again once you have transacted.

As your Sanlam Liquid Money Market Fund is accessed via the debit card, transactions can only be authorised if you have sufficient funds available in your investment account to meet the fee and the transaction amount.
