All payment instructions must reach our offices by 13h00 (Mondays to Fridays) to ensure processing before 14h00.

The cut-off times for payments are controlled via the Interbank. Sanlam Liquid will abide by these. The following cut-off times are applicable to payments:

Payments from a Sanlam Liquid account to a Sanlam Liquid account

The payments will be processed immediately and will be sent to the recipient's account, irrespective of which day of the week the transaction is done.

Payments from a Sanlam Liquid account to a bank account

Sundays and Public holidays

All payments will be sent to the bank on the next business day.
