He is an expert in governance, marketing and general business. A member of the Risk Committee of the Council at Wits University, he also serves on several company boards. He has served on the Executive Council of the Chamber of Mines of South Africa since November 2006.
He currently serves as Non-executive Chair of Talent10 Holdings and Chair of SBI He also serves on the Boards of KZN Philharmonic Orchestra, Tronox, Partners for Possibility (PFP) and Sasol. He is trustee for Luphando Trust and Council member for Wits University.
Mr Nkosi served as the CEO of Exxaro Resources Limited and is the past president of the Chamber of Mines of South Africa.
He holds a BCom (University of Zululand), BCom Hons (Econ) (Unisa) and MBA (University of Massachusetts, USA). He also holds a Diploma in Marketing Management (Unisa) and completed the Advanced Management Programme at the University of Oxford.
