Ms Mukhuba has been appointed to the Board of Directors as an executive director with the effect on 01 October 2020 when she assumed her role as Group Finance Director of Sanlam.
She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA), and the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA).
Ms Mukhuba joined Sanlam from the leading mining company African Rainbow Minerals Limited, where she held the position of Finance Director since 2017. She has held serval senior financial positions at KPMG Inc., BMW SA and Exxaro Resources Limited. Ms Mukhuba has over 15 years working experience in the Financial Reporting and tax specialist environment in both the automotive and mining industries.
Ms Mukhuba holds the qualifications of BCompt (UNISA), BCom Honours in Accounting (RAU), Chartered Accountant (SAICA), MCom in South African and International Taxation (RAU), and MBA (UCT).
