The Foundation team is led by Ray-Ann Sedres, Head of the Sanlam Foundation. Before, Ray-Ann held positions in the Sanlam Group, focussed on-Socio-Economic Transformation, Sustainability and Socio-Economic Development. Ray-Ann is deeply committed to empowering communities, with a particular focus on micro and small businesses. She firmly believes that collective efforts and targeted approaches can stimulate economic growth, drive prosperity, and create a more equitable society for all.
Ray-Ann currently holds a board position on the 104+ SMME Growth and Empowerment Solution and is currently the Chair of the Isipani Foundation. She previously represented Santam and Sanlam on the ASISA ESD Board.
