Ms Manthata is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sanlam and member of the Audit, Actuarial and Finance Committee, Risk and Compliance Committee, the Customer Interest Committee and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
Ms Manthata holds positions on various other boards and governance forums, including serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at City Lodge Hotel Group and STADIO Holdings Limited. She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Institute of Directors South Africa (IODSA).
Ms Manthata is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and holds a BCom Hons degree from the University of Natal and a PGDip in Management from the University of Cape Town.
