Bianca Maneveld is Head of Governance and Reporting in the Group Transformation Office, and the financial officer of the Sanlam Foundation. Along with being responsible for the financial matters of the Sanlam Foundation and offering support in various management functions, Bianca also manages the B-BBEE scorecard of Sanlam - ensuring the business maintains its Level 1 status.
With skills such as excellent collaboration in a team environment, being highly adaptable, leading a team, managing and prioritising deadlines, the ability to gain commitment and influence stakeholders, building relationships in various business areas, and organising activities to allow for cooperation, communication, delivery and decision-making, Bianca continues to take the finance department of the Sanlam Foundation to greater heights. She is passionate about people and transformation.
Bianca is a CA(SA) and has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has also participated in Sanlam’s Management Development Programme through the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
