She is an independent non-executive director and expert in risk and compliance, governance and human resources and remuneration.
She is a member of the Sanlam Board’s Audit, Actuarial and Finance committee as well as the Risk and Compliance, Human Resources and Remuneration, Chair of the Social, Ethics and Suitability, the Independent Non-Executive Directors and Nominations committees.
Ms Nondumo also holds independent non-executive directorship roles in some Sanlam Group subsidiaries and is an independent non-executive director of Harmony Gold, MTN RwandaCell PLC, MTN Uganda Ltd, MTN Zambia Ltd and Swazi MTN.
She is a Chartered Accountant and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Natal and her Higher Diploma in Accounting from Wits University.
